Editor/publisher/printer Larry Jackson used this edition's simple format to rest and catch up on his workflow after already producing twenty-three issues of Phantasm and four supplements in less than four years. Unlike most other issues, this one has no guest column, editorial, poetry, fiction, or announcements.
