About the author
Richard Anders French was born in California where he spent much of his working life in the forestry departments of state, federal and private agencies. The work included supervision of large camps, surveying and mensuration. After attending Chico State College he worked as an industrial designer until his retirement. His hobbies are jewelry making and writing poetry.
