About the Author
I’m retired. This book is a response to hearing “You should write a book” about a million times in my life.
Prior work: teaching English as a second language in Kathmandu, Nepal, and in various community colleges, private schools and public universities in New York, Virginia, Arizona, Alaska, Oregon, and California. I’ve also worked as a Polaroid camera salesperson, gardener, grant writer, Vista worker in community resource center, bookstore salesperson, private tutor, house painter, muralist, actress, script writer, art therapist for women’s 12 Step Recovery programs and salesperson in a fudge shop.
