Jerome "Jerry" Dirnberger's first published
article was in a Jesuit magazine in the early 1960s. After he left the
Society of Jesus, he received a BA from the University of Notre Dame
concentrating his studies in early Christianity. He went on to do graduate
studies in cultural anthropology at the University of Colorado. While his
professional career has been in business, he continued his interests in
comparative religions and religious philosophy including publishing The
Writings of Jerome in 2010, The Gospel of
Thomas: The Original Sayings of Jesus in 2018, and Thinking
Critically to Develop a Philosophy of Life: The Gadfly Exercises in
2018 (rev. 2020)
This is the second edition of Tao
Te Ching by Lao Tzu: A Twenty-first Century English Interpretation by Jerome
with a new cover, added pages, and a new ISBN. The first edition is 978-1-935807-19-3
(2016, Stansbury Publishing).
